About MansionBet

MansionBet, as you would probably expect given its name, places its principal focus on sports betting rather than casino gaming, although that doesn’t exactly mean it’s lacklustre as far as the latter is concerned.
Quality can be expected, especially given that the Mansion Group, which powers the site, has been around since 2007. MansionBet itself launched in early 2018, and has already impressed as an all-round online gambling portal.

Let’s get some bad news out of the way: with its aforementioned sports betting focus, many of MansionBet’s available promos and bonuses currently relate only to this side of the site.

However, there are still a few interesting casino promotions offered here, so your opinion of the overall promos to be enjoyed at MansionBet will probably depend partly on whether you intend to use the site to bet on sports fixtures from time to time as well.

  • A nice, big deposit welcome bonus
  • Free spins
  • Cashback promos

Range of Casino Games

Almost whatever your tastes are when it comes to casino games online, you can expect MansionBet to serve up something to cater to those preferences quite nicely. More than 220 video slots were being showcased on the site at the time of this review being written, for example, although they were overwhelmingly generic rather than branded titles.

Some of our favourites from the site’s overall selection include:

  • Pink Panther
  • Buckle Up
  • Heart of the Jungle
  • Diamond Bet Roulette
  • Baccarat Live
  • The Winnings of Oz

The site can also be accessed in lovely optimised form through a smartphone, in two ways: by heading directly to it via such a device’s web browser, or downloading the dedicated MansionBet app. A broad assortment of titles has been given the smartphone-ready treatment, ranging from Age of the Gods Roulette and Great Blue Jackpot to Cashback Blackjack and Da Vinci’s Vault.

Other Offerings

As we’ve mentioned previously in this review, sports betting is a major priority at MansionBet; you can have a flutter on the latest fixtures encompassing such sports such as football, tennis, horse racing and more, with both traditional and in-play betting available.

However, the site is also a more comprehensive and all-bases-covered online gambling destination than you might have expected. There’s a separate casino section of the site called Vegas, for example, and even a whole part dedicated to more live casino titles. Virtual sports are on offer, too, giving you an experience akin to betting on games of FIFA.

Software and Graphics

Casino sites always need to strike a certain balance between graphical flair, being easy on the eye and loading quickly. Thankfully, MansionBet covers all of those bases, with a site design decked out in a pleasingly understated black, with red, grey and white elements. It’s also very straightforward to navigate, and generally seems to load swiftly.

The games themselves, then, are where the graphics here are at their most spectacular, although a slick, intuitive and nicely paced gaming experience can also be expected. This is ensured in part by the fact that multiple respected developers supply the games here, including:

  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • Rabcat
  • Evolution Gaming
  • Playtech

Extra Value

MansionBet takes pride in its slightly offbeat, but also sports-oriented vibe, as perhaps best embodied by Darren Farley, the comedian and impressionist who serves as the site’s Ambassador.

The Mansion brand also has a proud record of sponsoring major football teams, including as an official partner of AFC Bournemouth.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

The range of accepted payment methods at MansionBet isn’t exactly the broadest we’ve ever seen on a casino site, with so many popular e-wallet services omitted. However, if you only tend to use your debit or credit card for sites like this, you might not be greatly bothered regardless.

Payment Method Fee Processing Time Limit Per Deposit
Visa     £10-£25,000
MasterCard     £10-£25,000
PayPal     £10-£10,000
Paysafecard     £10-£2,500

Payout Policy

Unfortunately, MansionBet has come in for some criticism in the past for its relatively long processing times for withdrawals; you may be left waiting for as long as 10 days if you request an especially large payout. When you do ask for a withdrawal, you will be paid via the same payment method that you used to deposit, and your account will also need to be verified by the site.

Withdrawal Method Fee Processing Time Limit Per Withdrawal
Visa   Up to 10 days
MasterCard   Up to 10 days
PayPal   Up to 10 days
Paysafecard   Up to 10 days
Fast Bank Transfer   Up to 10 days Minimum £20

Customer Support

Surprisingly – given that they seem to be on almost any and every online casino site these days – there’s no Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section of the MansionBet site. However, other areas of the site are perfectly informative, and if you do need to get in touch with a member of the support team, you can do so via email, a UK or international phone number or a ‘live chat’ feature. The latter is available from 9am until 11pm each day, UK time.

MansionBet also has frequently updated pages on Facebook and Twitter, and typically responds to queries on these platforms within a few hours.

Who Can Play?

Unfortunately for those who wish to access MansionBet’s services from other parts of the world, the site’s terms and conditions specifically state that “by accessing the Services, you confirm that you are located in Great Britain.” The site adds that for these purposes, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man are not considered to be part of Great Britain.

The organisation that operates MansionBet, the Gibraltar-based Mansion Europe Holdings Ltd, holds a Remote Gambling Licence from the hugely respected UK Gambling Commission.

Bottom Line

MansionBet’s name and associations with various football clubs may initially give you the impression that it’s about sports betting all the way, but you only need to take a quick look around the casino part of the site to realise that’s not really the case. Hundreds of games are available in total across various online gambling categories, such as slots, table and live games, sourced from multiple acclaimed software providers too.

It’s not a perfect place to play casino games – we’d definitely like to see a greater number of casino-centric promotions and bonuses being advertised here, for example. Overall, though, it’s an intriguingly well-rounded casino portal, and not merely a sports betting one.
